About
I finished my PhD in 1984 in Czech Republic (Brno). My specialization is: Digital Communication System. In 1988 , I obtained Diploma in Cryptography from Crypto Company.
I supervised more than 110 (high diploma, M.Sc. and PhD) in the specializations (Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Digital Communications). I published more than 150 papers in Journals and Conferences. I am currently member of more than 30 International Editing Boards of International Scientific Journals, and member of Technical Program Committee (TPC) of more than 120 International Scientific Conferences. I am the Editor-in-Chief of IJACT - in South Korea.
